Itchy Avocado respects the privacy of it's customers at all times and we will never share or sell on your personal information with a third party unless for the reasons specified in our privacy policy

 

Data Collection

As part of the order process we may collect some personal information from you such as; your name, address, phone number, email address, and payment details.  

We may use your personal information:

  1. To process your order

  2. To send you information about our special offers, promotions and updates.

  3. To communicate with you regarding enquiries, complaints and or sales.

 

Orders and Payments

Once your order has been placed we will package your items and post them to the address specified by you during the purchase process.  

We will not accept any responsibility for any address mistakes resulting in an order not being delivered.  We ask that you double check the order information fully before completing the purchase process.  You will receive an acknowledgement email to confirm we have received your order, and a further email updating you when the order is ready for delivery.

We accept all major credit / debit cards.

Delivery

Itchy Avocado uses a number of different postal/delivery services including Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD, and DHL In some cases you will have the option to choose which service you wish to use.  Your chosen delivery method will be on your order confirmation along with any tracking information if applicable.

 

How long do I have to return my order

At Itchy Avocado we quality check all items before dispatching your order to ensure the highest standard of service possible.  If any part of your order is not up to your standards please contact us here helloitchyavocado@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

Please enclose:

  • your order number 

  • contact information

  • Reason for requesting a return/

  • Supporting evidence (ie: photo of damaged goods)

so we can get back to you in a timely manor to discuss the options with you.  If the order arrives severely damaged we suggest that you do not accept the order and  from the courier. Our returns policy gives. you 14 days cooling off period.  Any refunds will be subject to the item being returned in a saleable condition, with no signs of use, or damage to the product or packaging.  Should the product not be in it's original packaging or is damaged in any way we are not obligated to refund you.

Returns postage is covered by the customer and we would recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return is received by us.  Any missing orders will not be refunded or replaced where non-trackable delivery services have been used.

What happens if I've missed the returns period

It is recommended that you check your order within 7 days of delivery to ensure enough time to process returns.  If you still wish to return an irm  after the 14 day returns period, please email us at helloitchyavocado@gmail.com

Damaged or Faulty items

Please contact us as soon as possible at helloitchyavocado@gmail.com with your order number, and images of the damaged goods.  We will then be able to evaluate your order and advise on further action as per the returns/refunds policy

 

My order has not arrived

You are required to wait 10 days from the day your order was due to arrive before making a claim for a missing order.  If your parcel does not arrive within this time,

  • please check the  tracking information if applicable

  • contact us here helloitchyavocaso@gmail.com providing your order number, and we will help look into this for you.

Are there any non-Refundable items?

Gift cards are non refundable.  If you have purchased a gift card and are unlikely to use, we area unable to refund you the value but they can be transferred to another person by sharing the code given in the purchase email.
